Talk to us first

If you need to pause or cancel a project, or believe a service has not been delivered as agreed, contact sales@aussiedigitallab.com.au. Include the project or invoice reference and explain the request so we can review the circumstances.

Project cancellation

The written proposal sets out the agreed payment stages and any project-specific cancellation terms. If a project is cancelled, we review the work completed, amounts paid, committed third-party costs and any rights that apply. We explain the proposed treatment of the balance rather than applying a blanket rule to every case.

Service problems and remedies

If work does not meet an agreed requirement, tell us what is wrong and provide relevant details. We will assess the issue and discuss an appropriate remedy. Your rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes a right to a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party purchases

Domain registrations, hosting, advertising spend, software licences and other purchases may be subject to the supplier’s terms. We identify these costs in the scope where relevant. Their treatment on cancellation depends on the purchase, the provider’s terms and any applicable legal rights.

Recurring services

A monthly care or marketing engagement has its own scope and cancellation arrangement. The proposal should identify the service period, notice process and treatment of work already scheduled or completed. Contact us before the next period if you want to discuss a change.

Refund processing

Where a refund is agreed or required, we confirm the amount and processing arrangement. Payment provider or banking times may affect when the funds appear. A website payment-status page is not, by itself, confirmation of a completed refund.

Consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict non-excludable rights under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Last updated 21 October 2026.
