Using this website

This website introduces the services of Aussie Digital Lab. You may browse the information and contact us about a project. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material. The legal supplier for an engagement is identified in its written proposal or invoice.

Proposals and project scope

Website information and package cards are starting points for discussion. A written proposal or agreed order confirms the service scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing and total payable before work begins. A proposal may include additional service-specific terms. Any material scope change is discussed and agreed before additional work proceeds.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. The written quote confirms the total payable, applicable tax treatment, payment schedule and separate third-party costs. Domain, hosting, email, paid software, advertising spend and ongoing services are included only where expressly stated. Do not make a payment until the scope and payment arrangement have been agreed.

Your information and approvals

You are responsible for supplying accurate business details and material you have the right to use. You review and approve the content, specialist statements, imagery and deliverables at the agreed milestones. Delayed content, access or feedback can affect the schedule. Revision rounds cover refinement within the agreed brief; new requirements may require a revised quote.

Ownership and third-party materials

Ownership and delivery of original project work follow the agreed proposal and payment terms. Third-party software, fonts, stock materials and services retain their own licence conditions. We identify relevant ongoing licence requirements in the scope. You remain responsible for the rights to content you supply.

Platforms, accounts and ongoing care

Hosting, payment gateways, advertising services and other platforms operate under their own terms and availability. Account eligibility and third-party fees are outside our control. Maintenance, renewals, security monitoring and ongoing marketing are provided only under an agreed service arrangement.

Outcomes and service issues

We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, sales result or uninterrupted third-party service. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If there is a service problem, contact us promptly so we can understand it and discuss the appropriate response.

Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how requests are handled. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable consumer rights or guarantees under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
